I had a home inspection done as part of a home purchase in Lodi and I can tell they were extremely thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve lived in the home over a week now and have done my own albeit ersatz walkthrough. They identified everything I did and much more. After the inspection we went over the findings on the phone because I was remote. It was a super thorough yet understandable readout. Every question answered. The guy volunteered that I could call him about anything. I haven’t availed myself of that but I have zero doubt he would regale me in the vagaries of my electrical if I called and asked. Their written report was also as detailed and specific allowing me to engage with the right professionals to redress the problems. Highly recommend!
